Speaking at an event in Memphis, Tennessee Saturday, Donald Trump expressed concern over Joe Biden falling off his bike earlier in the day, and wished the president well.
Trump said he was genuinely worried about the 79-year-old president’s well-being after Biden fell off a bike during his vacation in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

“I hope he has recovered because, as you know, he fell off his bicycle today,” Trump said to laughs from his audience of supporters. “No, I’m serious. I hope he’s okay. He fell off a bicycle.”
- “I make this pledge to you today: I will never ever ride a bicycle,” he added. “But no, we do hope that Biden’s okay because that was a hard fall, that was scary. That was a hard — did anybody see it? Well, we wish him well in that respect.”
- Biden did not need medical attention following the tumble, a White House official told reporters.
