The show follows Lovato, who claims to have made contact with aliens on her 28th birthday, and her friends as they investigate extraterrestrial and paranormal phenomena.
- During an episode filmed at an abandoned brothel, Lovato encounters a “spirit” named Carmen “who has past trauma with men.”
- In an attempt to assuage Carmen’s discomfort with Lovato’s male companions, the singer belts out a stirring rendition of her hit song “Skyscraper.”
- “That’s the coolest standing ovation I’ve ever had,” Lovato says, after a device that supposedly detects communications from supernatural presences makes a noise.
MEANWHILE
Last month, Lovato told fellow pop starlet Becky G that she’d be open to dating “ETs,” her preferred term for aliens.
