ELDER ABUSE: ‘If That’s Trump, Tell Him I’m Busy’
President Joe Biden joked on Wednesday about declining a phone call from his predecessor, former President Donald Trump.
WHAT HAPPENED
Biden made the remark while taking question during a press conference about vaccines for children age 5 and older.

When a phone rang in the auditorium, the president said, “If that’s Trump, tell him I’m busy,” adding, “Bad joke.”
- Biden also took the opportunity apparently to blame Democrat Terry McAuliffe’s loss in the Virginia gubernatorial election on Trump voters while crediting Trump with his own victory in 2020.
- According to Biden, “very conservative folks in red districts” were responsible for Youngkin’s upset victory in a state Biden won by 10 points just last year.
SAME ENERGY
Trump left office 10 months ago, but that hasn’t stopped the establishment media and Democrats from using opposition to the former president as a campaign strategy.
Still awestruck by this utter incompetence from the McAuliffe campaign.
Democrats, I am begging you, please stop pretending "wow Trump is bad!" is sufficient to win a campaign. pic.twitter.com/XHOCnP3qTp
