NHL MAKES DIVERSITY PLEDGE: The National Hockey League announced Tuesday it will be taking steps to boost the diversity of its workforce after a survey found 84% of the league’s employees, including 90% of players, are white. Read more.

STEELE DOSSIER SOURCE ACQUITTED: Igor Danchenko, a Russian expatriate and think tank analyst, was acquitted Tuesday on all charges of lying to the FBI. Danchenko was the primary source for the widely discredited Steele dossier, which was relied on by the FBI to obtain secret court warrants to spy on former Trump campaign associate Carter Page. FLOYD’S FAMILY TO SUE YE: The family of George Floyd said Tuesday they plan to sue Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, for $250 million for emotional stress and defamation after he claimed during a recent podcast that Floyd died from a fentanyl overdose rather than being asphyxiated by Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin.
