STORM HITS FLORIDA: Hurricane Ian left a trail of destruction across central Florida after making landfall as a Category 4 storm yesterday afternoon. Storm surges of up to 16 feet caused flooding on the Gulf coast and sustained winds of up to 150 miles per hour left 2.6 million people without power Wednesday night. Read more.

WHITE HOUSE HOLDS MIGRANT SUMMIT: U.S. officials met with representatives from 19 countries across the Americas at the White House to discuss mass migration yesterday. Much of the talk centered around the implementation of the Los Angeles Declaration, which provides for expanding temporary worker agreements, more legal migration pathways for refugee resettlement and family reunification and cracking down on human trafficking. MTG, HUSBAND SPLIT: Perry Greene, the husband of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., filed for divorce yesterday after 27 years of marriage. In a court filing, Perry Greene alleged the couple’s marriage is “irretrievably broken” and asked for the divorce proceedings to be sealed to protect sensitive personal information. Read more.
