BOLSONARO VOWS TO FOLLOW CONSTITUTION: Amid concerns about the peaceable transition of power in Brazil, President Jair Bolsonaro avoided formally conceding, but pledged to respect the constitution following his electoral loss to leftist challenger, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. PARKLAND SHOOTER SPARED DEATH PENALTY: Nikolas Cruz, the 24-year-old who shot and killed 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018, will be sentenced to life in prison on Wednesday by a Broward County, FL judge.
