GOP OPPOSITION TO UKRAINE FUNDING GROWS: 48% of Republicans say the U.S. is doing too much to help Ukraine in its ongoing war with Russia, according to a Wall Street Journal poll released Thursday. That’s up from only 6% in the Journal’s previous survey in March. Read more.

FETTERMAN FALLS IN POST-DEBATE POLLS: In the wake of a shaky debate performance last week, Democrat John Fetterman’s lead over Republican Mehmet Oz in the Pennsylvania senate race has narrowed, per a USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll released Wednesday. Fetterman is currently polling at 47% and Oz is at 45%. The same poll in late September showed Fetterman leading 46%-40%. Read more.

MISS ARGENTINA AND MISS PUERTO RICO TIED THE KNOT: After meeting at the 2020 Miss Grand International competition in Thailand, beauty queens Mariana Varela and Fabiola Valentín began secretly dating. The former Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico got married in late October, the pair revealed via separate Instagram posts this week.
