QUOTE OF THE DAY: They Put Another ‘Q’ in LGBTQ — And Then Six More Letters
Duke University’s Office of Institutional Equity has introduced a new, more inclusive string of letters to refer to non-heterosexual people.
THE QUOTE
“LGBTQQIP2SAA stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersex, pansexual, two-spirit (2S), androgynous and asexual,” according to an entry in the office’s glossary that was surfaced Tuesday by Twitter account Libs of TikTok.

THIS IS HOW YOU SPELL PROGRESS
Duke’s initialism bested by one letter the then-cutting edge LGBT initialism that Justin Trudeau, Canada’s uber-progressive prime minister, tweeted in October.

Trudeau’s tweet followed on a viral video of him struggling to use the ever-growing list of initials during a campaign speech.
