TRUMP URGED MASTERS TO PUSH ELECTION FRAUD CLAIMS: A Fox News documentary released Tuesday shows former President Donald Trump calling Republican Blake Masters after his Arizona Senate debate and chastising him for not being “stronger” on claims Democrats stole the 2020 presidential election. TWITTER EMPLOYEES MOCKED FOR MUSK LETTER: A draft letter from Twitter employees to tech billionaire Elon Musk has been widely ridiculed since it began circulating online Monday. The letter protests Musk’s plan to fire three-quarters of Twitter’s workforce and makes a long list of demands. Musk has until Friday to complete his bid to buy Twitter. Read more.

EARLY VOTING SPIKES IN GEORGIA: Early voting has soared in Georgia compared to previous midterm elections, with more than 1 million ballots already cast by mail, The Washington Post reported Tuesday, including big increases among women and black Americans. Democratic Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams has nonetheless claimed that “voter suppression is alive and well” in the state.. Read more.

TWITTER LOSING ACTIVE USERS: The number of Twitter users who log in at least six days a week and tweet three or four times a week has been declining since the beginning of the pandemic, Reuters reported Tuesday. These “heavy” tweeters account for 10% of users but 50% of the company’s revenue. Read more.

BERNIE SCOLDS ANTI-WAR DEMS: Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., criticized his progressive colleagues in Congress Tuesday for a public letter demanding President Joe Biden open direct negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the war in Ukraine. Sanders, a longtime critic of U.S. wars, called Russia’s invasion of Ukraine a major violation of international norms that “has to be resisted.” Read more.
